What Is NEURO Performance?
Imagine quicker thinking, deeper focus, heightened performance in every aspect of your life. NPT, is your key to unlocking sharper memory, enhanced focus, and better decision making, opening the door to peak performance- mentally and physically.

More than just optimizing your brain, NPT helps improve your emotional well being. Through structured programming, it challenges the mental fatigue threshold, building resilience and mitigating stress. NPT is a tool to build your mental fitness so you can thrive in today's demanding world.
The Science Behind NEURO Performance
We strengthen the brain-body connection for peak performance.
Through targeted cognitive exercises, NPT fundamentally changes the way the brain processes information, strengthening neural pathways and refining networks. This enables the brain to operate with greater efficiency and accuracy yielding improved memory, sharpened focus and heightened resilience. This neurological optimization leads to long-term improvement in both cognitive and motor functions, helping the brain and the body work better, together.

Common Questions About NEURO Performance
-
How long are the training sessions?NPT programs are periodized to encourage optimal training adaptations. Sessions will vary in intensity and duration depending on the program design. Training duration typicallly lasts between 10-30 mins.
-
When do they do the Training? For HS/College Teams: The most important piece is consistency. For students I recommend doing the drills before practice. They usually have some free time between classes and practice, it’s a great opportunity to log in and focus. Another option is right before they check in to lift. Same principles apply; it becomes part of their routine and the whole team can do it together. Right after individuals. If their academic schedule are tight study hall may be an additional option. There will be accountability and consistency here. Professionals: Consistency is key; the more we can integrate this as part of their routine, the greater adherence to the program. Before practice or before individuals; part of their routine to lock in. First thing in the morning; part of their morning routine. Before shoot-around.

Who else is employing Neuro Performance Training? There are a number of professional teams from around the world that have integrated NPT into their sport science programs including: Golden State Warriors Red Bull Racing FC Barcelona Manchester United New Zealand All Blacks Seattle Seahawks Toronto Mapleleafs Real Madrid
-
Why do teams integrate NPT; what problems are they looking to solve? There are a number of issues that NPT can address. Largely, teams are looking to monitor fatigue and heighten performance, particularly in pressure situations. NPT can: Sharpen focus Enhance mental agility Heighten situational awareness Decrease reaction times Refine decision making skills Build mental resilience Improves mental and physical stamina Improves memory
-
How long does it take to see a difference? While individuals can see a difference in as few as 6 weeks; we recommend no fewer than 3 months of training and 6-12 months for sustainable changes. The first four weeks, the brain is learning and making adjustments. In the second month we start to see growth and as we continue to push the threshold it opens the door to greater capacity.
-
How is this different than other systems?First and foremost, we have been working with scientists and researchers for several years to help develop our system. We have over 30 research studies that have been published edifying our system. Most of the other modalities out there have little research, if any; in fact many often cite our research on their websites. Additionally, we capture objective data. This is instrumental in helping to tailor programs so that individuals can meet their goals. Further, this data allows us to measure progress and development.
-
Is this system proven? Is there research?Yes, we have been working with a number of university across the globe to measure the impact of our system. Over 30 studies have been conducted investigating everything from mental fatigue, to jumping performance to the efficacy of sports supplements. The subjects have been men and women, athletes and non-athletes. We also have been working with two of the leading researchers investigating Mental Fatigue, Dr. Samuel Macora & Dr. Walter Stainao , who have over 100 publications between them.
-
How long do I have to do the program?Optimally, NPT is integrated into your performance training program. Throughout the year, the training sessions will vacillate in duration, frequency and intensity depending on the objective and demand. If you are a professional athlete, you may take time off, but you don’t stop moving.
-
Is this better for a specific type of athlete?Anyone can benefit from NPT. The brain is like a computer’s operating system. When we update our operating system, there’s better functionality; expedited processing speeds; everything runs smoother. Through NPT, we can update the brain, enhancing the brains ability to process information, to mitigate stress; to improve coordination; we get better, holistically.
-
Will we see big changes or just marginal difference? The response to NPT is going to be relative to each individual as we all have different brains. However, what we find is that NPT has a compounding effect and the results become more evident over time. Individuals become more focused, have longer attention spans. They make fewer unforced errors, especially when working under pressure. Physically, athletes are able to push themselves harder, for longer periods of time and demonstrate greater mental and physical resilience.
-
Is there anyone that this won’t work for?No. We all have the ability to improve our health and well-being; we all are susceptible to fatigue. NPT is a tool that we can employ to help us reach our goals, physically and mentally.
-
How much time do you need to spend with the team?Candidly, not much time at all. In fact I have athletes that I haven’t met in person. Initially, I like to spend a few minutes talking with my clients so that we can build a rapport, this can be done in person or remotely. How much contact we have from there differs on the type of program we have designed. In some cases it may be a simple check-in via text/email every few weeks. In a more detailed program, we may engage weekly for 10-15 mins. When working with teams, particularly when we are focusing on managing mental fatigue, I will work together with coaches to discuss data and the teams performance. Typically these sessions last about 30 minutes.
